Mino's is a casual, fine dining Italian restaurant with old world
ambiance. We are open Monday-Saturday serving from 5-10 pm.
We specialize in Italian
food and wines from Puglia (or Apulia as it is called in America). This is the long, slender region
which forms the heel of the Italian boot. It is also the region of Italy where I grew up. In 1980, I came to America to marry Maria (Kathy) and
we opened Mino's Cucina in 1993.
At Mino's, we feature the flavors and textures of
my homeland: seafood from sustainable sources, fresh pasta, light sauces, vegetarian dishes,
chicken, Provimi Milk Fed veal, Free Range Lamb, Dry Aged steaks and wonderfully aromatic
pizzas.
